How are deposits managed?
All deposits are lodged with ‘Deposit Safe Scotland at the beginning of each tenancy agreement.
If you have been invited to view a property and look to take it on, we require a holding fee of £100 per person. This secures the property as yours while the lease is arrange and signed.
What if we change our mind after we place holding fee?
Holding fee is non refundable.
Is the holding fee included in the rental deposit we lodge?
Yes – the holding fee is included as part of the deposit.
What is the Deposit required?
Generally 1 full months rental is required however it can be more in certain circumstances.
No. However we require a copy of passport and proof of ‘home or forwarding address before move in date.
